We stand behind our Gel Polish Manicure, Gel Enhancements, Builder Gel, Hybrid Gel, Gel-X and Acrylic services for five business days.
If you experience service-related lifting or chipping within this period, we’ll repair it free of charge. Accidental damage and damage from improper use are excluded. After five business days, standard repair fees apply.
- Regular polish is not covered.
- Color changes, design changes and additional services are not included.
- Completed services are non-refundable; we will offer a repair.
- We reserve the right to decline unreasonable requests.
